FAQ

What do you require to book a date?

Dates and space are held with a signed contract and deposit. Your contract deposit schedule is based on the ceremony fee, food and beverage minimum plus service charge and tax. A 25% deposit is due at the time of contract signing. 50% of the remaining deposit is due 6 months prior to the event and 50% of the remaining deposit is due 30 days out. Final payment and guest guarantee are due no later than seven days prior to your event.

What is your largest venue?

At 1,300 square feet in size, the Vista Ballroom is our largest venue at The Waymark Chattanooga. Maximum setup for 100 people.

How many breakout rooms do you have?

We offer 3 private and flexible breakout rooms, ideal for all your event requirements.

Do you charge a minimum F&B charge for groups?

Yes, we do have a minimum charge, and it depends on the size of the group.

Do you have parking on property?

Valet parking is available on-site; please note that self-parking is not offered.

Do you allow outside food or beverage?

Outside food and beverages are not permitted on property.
